  • Spectrum Analyzer

    Holding Informtest

The Spectrum Analyzer software is designed to analyze RF signals with a frequency of up to 10 GHz in automated testing programs, to study periodic signals in the RF and microwave ranges in the frequency domain, as well as to analyze the parameters of signals with analog modulation (AM, FM, PM).

  • Handheld spectrum analyzer/Signal analyzer

    MICRONIX

Recently, a lot of equipment have taken the high frequency or microwave technology according to the advancement and the spread of the telecommunication equipment. As a result, the handheld spectrum analyzer to analyze the signal by the frequency domain is necessaries now. The handheld spectrum analyzer is roughly classified into a heterodyne method and a Fourier transform method. The heterodyne method is also called the swept frequency method and makes it possible to measure up to tens of GHz though only for the steady signal. On the other hand, the Fourier transform method is also called the real time method and can handle an unsteady signal though the low measuring frequency range up to tens of MHz. As for our spectrum analyzer or signal analyzer, the MSA300/400 series adopts the swept frequency method, and the MSA500 series adopts both the swept frequency method and the Fourier transform method.

Spectrum Analyzer Extension mode is not currently available for the MixAMC-I products. Integrated MixAMC modules utilize a low frequency LO input (<20 GHz) and have a seprate IF output port. Integrated MixAMC modules configured for high IF bandwidth may be available upon request.

  • Spectrum Analysis

    S95090B - Keysight Technologies

The S95090B spectrum analyzer (SA) measurement software adds high-performance microwave spectrum analysis to PXI VNAs. With fast stepped-FFT sweeps resulting from optimized data processing, the SA software application provides quick spurious searches over broad frequency ranges. The S95090B software uses the PXI network analyzer's test and reference receivers to complete simultaneous spectrum measurements. Multi-channel SA measurements leverage the PXI VNA's internal swept-signal generators for efficient measurements of spurious signals emanating from mixers and frequency converters. The S95090B spectrum analyzer software application employs source-power and receiver-response calibration as well as fixture de-embedding, providing in-fixture and on-wafer spectrum measurements with the highest level of accuracy. Optional external attenuators should be connected with the VNA’s test ports to avoid receiver compression when measuring large signals.
